I have always had a fascination with food. I enjoy looking at food through an intellectual and creative lens. My love for traveling and cultures have allowed me to better understand the roots of cuisines and helps me to create. Understanding the complex and intricate ways that food is woven into human behavior and culture has drawn me into an everlasting love and passion for food. My favorite part of cooking is being able to create, bringing together different flavors, textures and colors to compose a harmonious dish. I take pride in maintaining the highest level of standard, and continuously looking to learn and grow.
